Met on myspecialdates.com. This woman's name is "Tetiana Prokopenko" and her user ID is 1670797227. The victim has sent this "woman" approximately $80,000 in gifts using this website. She was supposed to purchase a visa and move to the United States with him from Kyiv. He has been convinced that her son was kidnapped twice by the Russian army, so he has paid for her son's release each time. She was drafted into the Ukrainian army against her will, so she cannot move to the United States.
