The essence of this scam is that a person calling herself Oksana Pyatak tries to convince the victim with a story about being served a military enlistment notice and now needing money to "buy her way out" of serving in the army. Unfortunately, due to Russia's war against Ukraine, this has become a common scam. In reality, Ukrainian women can only serve in the Armed Forces voluntarily.
