This profile is based on submitted Ukrainian passport images connected to the name Oksana Fedorova. According to the report, the passport image was assessed as fake and described as “totally photoshopped.”
The main warning sign in this case is the use of a manipulated Ukrainian travel passport as identity proof. In online dating scams, a passport image is often sent to make the woman look real, serious, and ready for travel. For a foreign man, this can create a false sense of safety before money is requested.
The submitted materials also point to possible use of stolen or reused photos. The report mentioned an Instagram profile as a possible source connected to the image.
