Money was sent through Xoom. She was to visit me in America on her vacation but needed help to pay for her and her son's passports, visas, and plane tickets. She claimed to be a manicurist living in Lugansk. Her dating profile listed her in Kyiv and the address for picking up money was in kiev, supposedly a central money address.
