First and last name: Kateryna Polivach
Country and city: Ukraine, Kherson
Scam scheme:
The scam usually begins with online seduction through dating platforms, video chats, and flirtatious interactions. She has been reported to operate under multiple aliases including:
- Leyla Wild (OnlyFans @leyla_wild)
- Leyla Larkin (@leylalarkin)
- Leyla Blaze (@leylablaze)
New Instagram handle: @n.amartia (private account, indirectly tagged)
She also had two YouTube channels that have since been taken down and briefly appeared on OFTV, producing lifestyle content about motorcycles and cars.
Victims report that she uses video chats via Snapchat to appear "real" and emotionally available, even admitting past mistakes when confronted with public accusations (such as her previous appearance on this site). One of her recurring tactics is the claim of past trauma and guilt tied to a man who tried to relocate her and her mother to Poland — a story used to explain away previous misconduct.
Over time, she transitions into financial requests masked as emergencies, such as:
- Medical issues
- Government trouble over unpaid taxes due to her OnlyFans content
- Family obligations
- A sudden need for $500 to purchase a home appliance
When refused, she turns hostile, manipulates with guilt, and questions the man’s masculinity (“If you loved me, you would support me”).
She uses multiple PayPal emails for receiving funds:
- alinaaletoshko@gmail.com
- kate.volshchuk02@gmail.com
Her identity is further clouded by claims that she changed her last name from Polivach (father's name) to Voloshchuk (mother’s maiden name). According to her, her father abandoned the family, and her mother and grandmother lived in Bucha, Ukraine.
She appears to be based in Kyiv’s Pechers'kyi district, but has also been spotted in Mykolaiv, where she trains at Elastica Studio. Her presence is confirmed in multiple videos shared through OnlyFans and social media, where she uses matching outfits and locations.
Despite occasional emotional engagement, her communication style becomes increasingly manipulative and transactional, especially after financial refusals — a classic pattern seen in professional romance scams.
