She is an orphan Romanian got a scholarship to come to England to collect $10000 from Ukrainian embassy to start an apprenticeship etc etc. He did not have enough money to pay her apartment debt of $415 and needed another about £250 to pay otherwise even though she had boarding passes for Turkish airline to Istanbul and london she couldn’t leave the country unless she pays all outstanding debts. Then four hours after she took the money from western union she couldn’t board the flight because it was 24 hours for the debt payment to be accepted. So I should bring another $560 ASAP for another ticket.
