Scheme fraud: Stolen identity, fake Russian passport. Random e-Mail received that said Hi! Responded with Hi. Correspondence via email, then WhatsApp, she professing love, etc... Multiple pictures, wanting to come to US, then she asks for money to be wired to a bank account in a different name. I told her I sent money via western union in her name on her passport. She said she can’t claim the money because her passport is with the travel agency. But I can send money in her cousins name. All of which is not possible seeing no one can get a visa from Russia to US at this time.
